Appointment of Chairman of Waterfront Industry Commission

NOTICE is hereby given by direction of the Minister of Labour that, pursuant to the Waterfront Industry Act 1976, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint Ian Munro Mackay, of Wellington, to fill the extraordinary vacancy caused by the death of the Chairman of the Waterfront Industry Commission, Thomas Michael Small, for the unexpired term of office to the 31st day of March 1981.
