HOKIANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
Notice is hereby given that the Hokianga County Council intends, under the provisions of the Counties Act 1956, to execute a certain work, namely a road, and for the purpose of such work the land described in the schedule hereto is required to be taken, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928; and notice is further given that a plan showing the said land is deposited at the office of the council situated at Parnell Street, Rawene, and may there be inspected without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the said work or by the taking of the said land and who have an objection thereto, not being an objection as to the amount or payment of compensation, must state their objections in writing and send the same to the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, so as to reach him not later than the 20th day of March 1979 being 40 days after the first publication of this notice. If any objection is received a public hearing of the same will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of such hearing.

WHAKATANE DISTRICT COUNCIL
Notice is given that the Whakatane District Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for water supply reserve the land described in the Schedule and notice is further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the District Council at Commerce Street, Whakatane, and is there open for inspection during ordinary office hours.
All persons directly affected by the taking of the land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the land, not being an objection to the amount for payment of compensation, state their objection in writing and send it to the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington, so as to reach him within 40 days of the first publication of this notice. If any objection is received, a public hearing of the same will be held and each objector will be advised of the time and place of such hearing.

Area: 5.6050 hectares.
Description of Land: All that land marked with the letter “A” on Survey Plan S.O. 49482 being part Lot 2, D.P. S. 12941, and being part of the land comprised in C.T. 10D/1045, South Auckland Land Registry.

The Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the auction sale of wool held on 19 January 1979, at Wanganui, was 203.77 cents per kilogram.
The Government Supplementary percentage payable for this auction sale and nationally for privately bought wool will therefore be 0.60 percent from midnight of 18 January 1979 until midnight on 23 January 1979.

The Government Supplementary percentage payable for this auction sale and nationally for privately bought wool will therefore be 0.70 percent from midnight of 23 January 1979 until midnight on 25 January 1979.

The Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the auction sale of wool held on 26 January 1979, at Wellington, was 205.12 cents per kilogram.
As this price is above the Government Supplementary Minimum Wool Price of 205 cents per kilogram (greasy average basis) no supplement is payable.
There is likewise no retention applicable as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the Trigger Price of 250 cents per kilogram set by the Minister of Agriculture for the 1978-79 wool season.

PETROLEUM PIPELINE REGULATIONS 1964
NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Ltd. has applied to the Minister of Mines for a pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline from an offtake station within the Moa Farmers Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd., gas receiving station to a number of metering and pressure regulating facilities in Inglewood Borough.
