CORRIGENDUM

In the notice headed “Appointment of a Member to the Fishing Industry Board (No. 2070, Ag. 42/1/0/1),” published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 7, 1 February 1979, p. 201, line 8, delete the figure “3” years and substitute “2” years.


Revoking a Proclamation Declaring an Area in the Hawera Accimatisation District, Taranaki Land District, to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the proclamation dated the 16th day of August 1956*, declaring an area of land in the Hawera Accimatisation District, Taranaki Land District, to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

PART Section 14, Block II, Hawera Survey District: area, 37 acres, 3 roods, 2.4 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 195, folio 70 (Taranaki Registry); as the same is more particularly delineated on plan numbered I.A. 52/193, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 25th day of January 1979.

Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in Blocks II and III, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County, to be Road

KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in the Bay of Islands County Council.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5.9323 hectares, situated in Blocks II and III, Punakitere Survey District, being part Punakitere No. 4 Block; as shown on plan S.O. 51013, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “A”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of December 1978.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Waipa County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of February 1979.
