ELECTION OF MEMBERS TO THE KIWIFRUIT MARKETING LICENSING AUTHORITY
PURSUANT to the requirements of the Kiwifruit Marketing Licensing Regulations 1977, kiwifruit producers and exporters are advised that the electoral roll of producers for the Southern Ward and the electoral roll of exporters will be available for inspection over a period of 14 days from 4 September 1979 during normal office hours at the following places: Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries offices in Kerikeri, Whangarei, Auckland, Tauranga, Palmerston North, Whakatane, Opotiki, Gisborne, Hastings, Nelson; and in Te Puke at Central Post Office, Jellicoe Street; and in Wellington at the offices of the New Zealand Citrus and Subtropical Council Inc., Huddart Parker Buildings, Second Floor, Customhouse Quay.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH LAND IN MANSFIELD STREET IS HELD
THE Wellington City Council intends to change the purpose for which the land described in the Schedule below is set apart and vested in the said Council, from “Car Sheds in connection with electric tramways” to “Housing purposes”, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952.
A copy of the plan showing the area concerned is available for free inspection during normal office hours at the office of the City Solicitor, Seventh Floor, Municipal Offices, Mercer Street, Wellington (P.O. Box 2199), on or before the 25th day of September 1979.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land comprising 137 square metres, depicted as Area “B” on Survey Office Plan 30803, being part of the land between Mansfield Street and Russell Terrace, Newtown, and comprising part of the land in certificate of title 364/99 (Wellington Registry).
EXPLANATION—This is part of the former City Newtown Fire Station, of which parts have already been the subject of “Housing purposes” proclamations and part (4001 square metres) is to be vested in the Fire Service Commission. The land described in the Schedule is a narrow strip between the Commission’s Fire Station and the existing city’s housing area.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the Natural Gas Corporation has made an application to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline from a pressure reducing station on the Kapuni-Wellingon Pipeline to a number of new metering and pressure regulating facilities in the Kapiti Borough.
