EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title 112/230, Gisborne Registry, in the name of Frank Peter Robert Grierson, formerly of Gisborne, school teacher, now of Papakura, contractor, for 2625 square metres, more or less, being Lots 46 and 47 on Deposited Plan 1737, and being parts of Kaiti 267 Block, and application 132199.1, having been made to me to issue new certificate of title 4B/1032 in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
