Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—TUAPEKA COUNTY—
GLENBURNIE BUSH SCENIC RESERVE

Firstly 10.7189 hectares, more or less, being Section 100, Block XI, Glenkenich Survey District. All Gazette Notice 7151. Subject to pipeline easement created by transfer No. 201615. S.O. Plan 12137.

Secondly 25.699 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 16645, Block XI, Glenkenich Survey District. All C.T. 7C/1196. Total area of reserve: 36.4179 hectares.
