PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby:

(a) Constitutes the Wellington Harbour Maritime Planning Area, being the waters of the Wellington Harbour together with certain islands and areas of land, as described in the Schedule hereto and shown on map M.D. 15955, deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington;

(b) Appoints the Wellington Harbour Board to be the Maritime Planning Authority for the Wellington Harbour Maritime Planning Area.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, Wellington Harbour, bounded by a line commencing at a point near Pencarrow Head on the line of mean high water of the Wellington Harbour at the southernmost corner of Section 1, Block V, Pencarrow Survey District, and proceeding westerly along a right line to a point on the line of mean high water of the sea being the production of the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 26786, in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District; thence generally easterly, northerly, and southerly along the line of mean high water as may be determined from time to time of the sea and the Wellington Harbour,
