Pork Marketing Board—Basic Minimum Price for Pigs—
Notice No. 12, 1979
PURSUANT to regulation 13 of the Pork Marketing Board
Regulations 1973, and regulation 5 of the Pork Marketing
Board Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 2, the Pork
Marketing Board hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Basic Minimum Price for
Pigs Notice No. 12, 1979. -
This notice shall be operable from the 13th day of
August 1979. -
This notice fixes the basic minimum prices for pigs, as
specified in the following Schedule, delivered to export pig
slaughterhouses.

ALL prices are cents per kilogram hot carcase weight:

Roll of Producers Qualified to Vote in New Zealand Honey
Marketing Authority Election
PURSUANT to the First Schedule to the Honey Marketing
Authority Regulations 1975, notice is hereby given that
the roll of those persons deemed eligible to vote for the election
of two producers’ representatives to the New Zealand Honey
Marketing Authority, together with the number of votes
allotted to each voter, will be open for inspection during
office hours at the following places, viz: Ministry of Agri-
culture and Fisheries Offices in Invercargill, Dunedin, Timaru,
Christchurch, Nelson, Wellington, Palmerston North, Hastings,
Wanganui, New Plymouth, Hamilton, Auckland, and
Whangarei; the office of the National Beekeepers’ Association,
Wellington; the secretaries of all branches of the National
Beekeepers’ Association; the offices of the Honey Marketing
Authority in Auckland and Pleasant Point.
The rolls will be open for public inspection for a period
of 14 days from 22 August 1979.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any
of the above offices or from the returning officer, Box 4048,
Wellington. Nominations must be in the hands of the
returning officer not later than noon on the 12th day of
September 1979 and must be accompanied by the deposit of
$6.

Boundaries of Hastings City Defined
PURSUANT to section 48 of the Local Government Act 1974,
the Secretary for Local Government hereby defines, as set
out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of Hastings City,
those boundaries having been altered by Order in Council
made on 22 March 1976 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 31, 1976, p. 687.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF HASTINGS CITY
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded
by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-
eastern side of Marackakaho Road and the south-western side
of Wall Road; thence proceeding north-westerly along a
right line to and along the first-mentioned roadside to a
point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 40,
D.P. 3400; thence north-westerly to and along that boundary
and north-easterly along the north-western boundary of Lot
39, D.P. 3400, to the south-western side of Oliphant Road;
thence north-westerly along that roadside to a point in line
with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 34, D.P. 3400; thence
north-easterly to and along that boundary and south-easterly
along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 29, D.P. 3400 to
the south-eastern boundary of Lot 23, D.P. 3400; thence
north-easterly along that boundary for a distance of 68.8
metres and its production to the north-eastern side of Kaiapo
Road; thence south-easterly along that roadside to the north-
western boundary of Lot 14, D.P. 3266; thence north-easterly
along the north-western boundaries of Lots 14, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4,
and 3, D.P. 3266 to the northernmost corner of the said
Lot 3; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boun-
daries of Lot 1, D.P. 4205, Lot 3, D.P. 3538, Lots 2 and 1,
D.P. 10063, Lots 4 and 3, D.P. 3068, Lot 2, D.P. 7868, Lot 7,
D.P. 3068, Lots 9 and 8, D.P. 2139, part Lot 1, D.P. 3339,
Lot 1, D.P. 10795, Lot 1, D.P. 9141, Lot 1, D.P. 12490,
Lot 136, D.P. 1222, Lot 1, D.P. 2139, and part Lot 194,
D.P. 1695, to the northernmost corner of part Lot 194, D.P.
1695; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary
and north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2,

north-easterly along that roadside to a point in line with the
north-eastern boundary of part Lot 8, DP 3699; thence
to and north-westerly along that boundary to and south-
westerly along the north-western boundaries of that part

the south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 6207; thence north-easterly along that boundary and its production to the middle of Henderson Road; thence north-easterly along the
