Amending a Notice Setting Apart Crown Land for Road and Closing Road in Buller County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Notice dated the 23rd day of January 1979 published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 8, 8 February 1979, at p. 261, setting apart Crown land for road and closing road in Buller County, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, and section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by omitting the Second Schedule and substituting the following:

SECOND SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block I, Ohika Survey District, described as follows:

4296 Part Section 13; marked ‘D’ on plan S.O. 12109.
2408 Section 13; marked ‘H’ on plan S.O. 12110.
79 Crown land (Westport Harbour Endowment); marked ‘I’ on plan S.O. 12110.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road, from and after the 16th day of August 1979.
