PURSUANT to the Commerce Act 1975, I, Desmond James Gasson, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of Trade and Industry, hereby make the following price order:

This order may be cited as Price Order No. 138 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 131* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

This order shall come into force on the 13th day of August 1979.

The principal order is hereby amended by revoking clause 7 of the principal order and substituting the following clause:

Classification of Reserves
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as reserves for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT—COOK COUNTY—
HENRI LOISEL SCENIC RESERVE
41.0488 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 5952, situated in Block XV, Uawa Survey District. All certificate of title 4A/475.
MAKARAMEA SCENIC RESERVE
6.7342 hectares, more or less, being Section 11, Block IX, Uawa Survey District. All certificate of title 4A/866. (S.O. Plan 4628). Subject to easements to take and convey water, to construct a pumphouse, and install electric power lines created by transfers 119885.4 and 122664.1.
NORMA LEONIE SHELTON SCENIC RESERVE
17.1400 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 6020, situated in Block XVI, Uawa Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1977, p. 407.
PARAIHIKA SCENIC RESERVE
142.0445 hectares, more or less, being Section 4, Block IV, and Sections 2, 3, 4, and 9, Block VIII, Waingaroa Survey District. All Gazette Notice 68269, and all New Zealand Gazette, 1974, p. 946. (S.O. Plans 2116 and 6278). Subject as to Sections 2 and 4, Block VIII, Waingaroa Survey District, to grant of water and pipeline rights, registered in certificate of title, Volume 115/167.

Section 11 is subject to a water supply easement created by transfer 81445 and to grant of easement 104324.
