PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 9th day of August 1979.

Notice Declaring Land Owned by the Crown to be Vested in the Auckland Hospital Board

PURSUANT to section 68 of the Hospitals Act 1957, the Minister of Health hereby declares the land in the Schedule hereto to be vested in the Auckland Hospital Board in fee simple for hospital purposes.

18.3507 hectares, more or less, being part Allotments 50 and 51, Opaheke Parish, situated in Block XII, Drury Survey District. Plan 53280, appurtenant to part Allotment 362 shown on the said plan and granting a right of way described and shown marked 'C' together with a water easement marked 'D' on the said S.O. Plan 53280 appurtenant to part Allotment 50 Parish of Opaheke and being part of the land in C.T. 552/280 North Auckland Registry.
