Reappointment of Growers' Representative on the Tobacco Board

PURSUANT to section 4 and section 5 of the Tobacco Growing Industry Act 1974, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby reappoints

Gerald Hamilton Hunt, J.P., tobacco grower, of Motueka, being a person nominated by the New Zealand Tobacco Growers' Federation in accordance with section 6 of the said Act, to be a growers' representative on the Tobacco Board for a term of 3 years commencing on 1 September 1979.
