Land Held for Better Utilisation Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in Block I, Patetere North Survey District, Matamata County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of August 1979.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block I, Patetere North Survey District, described as follows:

Area ha Being
1.9249 Part Lot 1, D.P. 31607; marked “R” on plan S.O. 49917.
0.8184 Part Lot 1, D.P. 12745; marked “T” on plan S.O. 49918.

As shown on the plans marked as above-mentioned and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wellington Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WAIRARAPA SOUTH COUNTY

5575 square metres, more or less, being part Section 11, Taratahi District, situated in Block XI, Tiffin Survey District. Part C.T. 354/83 limited as to title, as marked A on S.O. Plan 32234.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of July 1979.

Amending a Proclamation Declaring Land Acquired for a Local Work to be Crown Land in Rangitikei County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 20th day of December 1978, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 7, 1 February 1979, p. 196, declaring land acquired for a local work to be Crown land in Rangitikei County, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 11.2601 hectares, situated in Block XV, Tiriraukawa Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 29008. Part Gazette Notice No. 876548, and part certificate of title No. 6A/1439.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of July 1979.
