PURSUANT to section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, the Standards Council, on 27 July 1979, revoked the under-mentioned standard specifications.

NZS 1840:1963 (BS 3602:1972) Steel pipes and tubes for pressure purposes. Carbon steel: high duties.
NZS 1904:1964 (BS 3604:1963) Steel pipes and tubes for pressure purposes. Low and medium alloy steel.
Note: A later edition of each of these British standards has been endorsed as suitable for use in New Zealand.
