A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Waipa County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of February 1979.

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block XI, Maungatautari Survey District, described as follows:

Declaring Land Acquired for a Local Work to be Crown Land in Rangitikei County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 11.2679 hectares, situated in Block XV, Tiriraukawa Survey District, being part Poukiore No. 2 and Sections 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 12, Poukiore Village, and part Section 14 of the said Block, and being also Lot 1, D.P. 29008. All certificate of title, No. 6A/1439.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), Manawatu Branch Order 1978.

The New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), Manawatu Branch, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour pursuant to section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960 under the name of The Intellectually Handicapped Children’s Society (Incorporated) Manawatu Branch, is hereby granted exemption in respect of its Rural Unit at Pinfold Road, Aokautere, from—
(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement which would otherwise be applicable in respect of persons employed in that centre; and
(b) Section 34 of the Factories Act 1946, and all the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the Minimum Wages Act 1945.

The New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), Gisborne-East Coast Branch, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour pursuant to section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960 under the name of The Intellectually Handicapped Children’s Society (Incorporated), Gisborne-East Coast Branch, is hereby granted exemption in respect of its workshop at 9 Temple Street, Gisborne, from—
(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement which would otherwise be applicable in respect of persons employed in that centre; and
(b) Section 34 of the Factories Act 1946, and all the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the Minimum Wages Act 1945.
- The Intellectually Handicapped Children’s Society (Incorporated), Gisborne-East Coast Branch Order 1969 is hereby revoked.
