At the Government House at Wellington this 16th day of
July 1979
PRESENT:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
makes the following order.

ORDER

(1) This order may be cited as the Union of Buscot
and Kurow Pest Destruction Districts Order 1979.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of
August 1979.
The boundaries of the Buscot Pest Destruction District
(which was constituted by Order in Council on the 2nd day
of December 1948*) and the Kurow Pest Destruction District
(which was constituted by Order in Council on the 10th
day of April 1974†), are hereby declared united to form
one district to be called the Kurow Pest Destruction District,
the boundaries of which shall be those specified in the
Schedule hereto.
The basis on which the Board for the said District
shall first levy its general rate shall be a graduated scale
according to a classification of the land occupied by the
ratepayer.

SCHEDULE

BOUNDARIES OF THE KUROW PEST DESTRUCTION DISTRICT

The boundaries of the Kurow Pest Destruction District
shall be that area of land contained in the following districts.
