Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Levin Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Levin Borough Council in trust for that purpose.

Approval of Motor Cycle Safety Helmets in terms of Traffic Regulations 1976

PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves, for the purpose of regulation 31 of the said regulations, motor cycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

SAFETY helmets manufactured by AGV of Italy bearing the model designations “AGVx100 Cross” and “AGVx101 Air-cross” and bearing the inscription “Approved by European and International Tests”, or the certification mark of the Standards Association of Australia, AS1698, and the licence number 498.
