NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made for variation of current approvals of the Minister of Customs as follows:

(3) Goods of polyvinyl chloride type, other than:
(i) Multi-coloured registered prints
(ii) Sueded or flocked film and sheet
(iii) Bonded fibre, felt, or paper backed sheet and film, the breathable type
(iv) PVC foam, skinless open cell
(v) PVC foam, when declared for use in making handbags
