Land Taken for Sanitary Conveniences in the City of Auckland
KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to agreements as to fencing contained in transfers 663502 and 710141, and together with the right-of-way created by transfer 710141, for sanitary conveniences and shall vest in the Auckland City Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of July 1979.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 8.3 perches, situated in the City of Auckland, and being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 49295. All certificate of title 2C/74, North Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of June 1979.

Revoking as to Part a Proclamation Taking Land for Street and the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Street in the City of Whangarei

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 1st day of July 1975, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 63, of 31 July 1975, at p. 1659, taking land for street and for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a street in the City of Whangarei, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto such land being no longer required.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Whangarei, described as follows:

Proclaiming an Area in the City of Lower Hutt to be a Reclamation Area under Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 19 of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim the parcel of land defined in the Schedule hereto to be a reclamation area under Part II of the said Act; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of July 1979.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land situate in the City of Lower Hutt and commonly known as No. 52 Wakefield Street containing 1820 square metres, more or less, being Lots 48, 49, and 50, on Deposited Plan 1305, part Section 17, Hutt District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 149/43 (Wellington Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of July 1979.
