voluntary liquidation):

TAKE notice that a meeting of contributories in the above
matter will be held at the office of the liquidator, care of
Barr, Burgess and Stewart, 208 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch
(P.O. Box 130244, Armagh), on Tuesday, the 24th day of
July 1979, at 3.45 o’clock in the afternoon.

Agenda

1. To consider the liquidator’s account of the conduct of
   the winding up during the preceding year, which will consist
   of the following report:

The only matter still to be resolved is the pending action by
the liquidator against the Stock Exchanges. Counsel for
both the liquidator and the Stock Exchanges have obtained
orders for discovery against one another, and information is
being currently exchanged. When this has been completed a
motion for a hearing will be lodged, but a hearing is not likely to be
granted for some time.
