PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for Post Office purposes (telephone exchange), from and after the 12th day of July 1979.

Declaring Land Taken Subject to a Drainage Easement, for the Purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975, in the Borough of Waiuku

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage easement created by transfer A301413, for the purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975, and shall vest in the New Zealand Fire Service Commission, from and after the 12th day of July 1979.

Declaring Land and Easement Over Land Taken for Sanitary Works in Block I, Tiritiri Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, and section 35 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sanitary works and shall vest in the Rodney County Council, and that a right of way easement appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule is hereby taken for sanitary works over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in the Rodney County Council the rights contained in the provisions of paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, from and after the 12th day of July 1979.

As shown on plan S.O. 53412, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked as abovementioned.

Declaring Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Waterworks in Blocks X and XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, City of Upper Hutt

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Wellington Regional Water Board, from and after the 12th day of July 1979; and also hereby declares that an easement of right of way is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in the Wellington Regional Water Board the full free uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for the Board its tenants, servants, contractors, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees (in common with the registered proprietor for the time being of the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the lessees, servants, contractors, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees of such registered proprietor and any other person lawfully entitled so to do), from time to time and at all times by day and by night to go pass and repass with or without horses and domestic animals of any kind and with or without vehicles (including motor vehicles), machinery, plant, and implements of any kind over and along the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purpose of having access to the land described in the First Schedule hereto to the intent that the rights hereby set out shall be forever appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto.
