A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road and shall vest in the Franklin County Council, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of July 1979.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of July 1979.
