Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Incorporated in Adjoining Crown Leases in Block XV, Nuhaka North Survey District, Wairoa County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and hereby proclaims that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule hereto when so closed shall be incorporated in Crown lease in perpetuity No. 73, recorded in register book, Volume 2, folio 177, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Margaret Olive Benton of Gisborne, widow, as to a ¼ share, Nancy Ellen Williams of Wellington, married woman, as to a ¼ share, Jock Benton of Napier, chartered accountant, and Leigh Anderson Joblin of Wairoa, farmer, as to a ¼ share, Diane Margaret McKenzie of Morere, married woman, as to a ¼ share, and Peter John Nathan McKenzie of Morere, farmer, as to a ¼ share, as tenants in common in the said shares, subject to mortgages 346124.5, 346124.6, 346124.4, and also hereby proclaims that the road secondly, thirdly, fourthly, fifthly, sixthly, seventhly, eighthly, and ninthly described in the said Second Schedule hereto when so closed shall be incorporated in Crown lease in perpetuity No. 6 recorded in register book No. 158/166 held from Her Majesty the Queen by Margaret Olive Benton of Gisborne, widow, as to a ¼ share, Nancy Ellen Williams of Wellington, married woman, as to a ¼ share, Jock Benton of Napier, mechanic, as to a ¼ share, Alfred Isaac Dixon of Hastings, chartered accountant, and Leigh Anderson Joblin of Wairoa, farmer, as to a ¼ share, Diane Margaret McKenzie of Morere, married woman, as to a ¼ share, and Peter John Nathan McKenzie of Morere, farmer, as to a ¼ share, as tenants in common in the said shares, subject to mortgages 346124.4, 346124.5, and 346124.6.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block I, Clive Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay County Council, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed, vest in The Greenmeadows Mission Trust Board, a body duly incorporated under the The Religious Charitable and Educational Trusts Act 1908, and having its registered office at Greenmeadows.
