The Traffic (Rotorua County) Notice No. 1, 1979
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rotorua County) Notice No. 1, 1979.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

Spencer Road: from a point 400 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said road from Te Toroa Drive to a point 200 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Waitangi Road and from Cliff Road to the north-eastern end of Spencer Road.

Christchurch City Council Electric Lines Licence 1959, Amendment No. 10
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy hereby amends the Christchurch City Council Electric Lines Licence 1959*, as amended by the amendments specified in the Schedule hereto, by adding to the First Schedule thereto, the following:
“15. Lines associated with the Council’s substation situated on that piece of land within the Heathcote County Council’s area of supply over which the City Council has been granted an easement for this purpose and which area is more particularly outlined in red on the plan marked NZE 982 deposited in the New Zealand Electricity Division’s Office of the Ministry of Energy at Wellington.
