PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Waipa County Council.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block VI, Hokonui Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Southland County Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in David Anthony Bryce, of Waipango, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 228124, 252613, 248061 and to Electricity Agreement No. 189072.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block VII, Waoku Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 21st day of August 1978, published in Gazette 28 September 1978, No. 82, at p. 2653, taking land for road, and for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road in Block VII, Waoku Survey District, Hokianga County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the expression “S.O. 46789” from the description of the land described in the First and Second Schedules thereto and substituting the expression “S.O. 46879”.
