Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey, hereby declares that the reserve for scenic purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as the Tophouse Scenic Reserve.

Appointment of the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Appointment of the Upper Hutt City Corporation to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby appoints the Upper Hutt City Corporation to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedules hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes. Subject also to preparation of a management plan, pursuant to the said Act, being submitted to the Department of Lands and Survey for approval by 31 October 1979 and the appointments of a management committee comprising representatives of the Upper Hutt City Corporation and Hutt County to advise the corporation on policy for the management and development of the said reserve.

Appointment of the Waiomo District Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

Declaration that Reserve be Part of the Wharehunga Bay Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to form part of the Wharehunga Bay Recreation Reserve to be administered as a reserve for recreation purposes by the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board.
