(vi) A charge of 50c per copy of every copy after the fourth for each certificate issued.

(b) For all domestic pets the following fees shall be payable in respect of certification for export:
For one animal: $10;
For each additional animal the property of the same owner and examined at the same time: $3.

(c) Fish and crayfish:
(i) For each original certificate covering whole consignment: $15.
(ii) When separate certificates are required for each package, cask, or parcel included in any one consignment, a fee of $1.50 shall be payable for each 10 or portion of 10 such certificates.

(d) Animal for the purposes of this notice is defined as inclusive of all types of livestock, including horses, cattle, swine, sheep, goats, rabbits, poultry, and other birds.

1. This Notice may be cited as the Community Centres (Clutha Valley Community Centre District) Levies Notice 1979.

2. Within the area of the Clutha Valley Community Centre, the Bruce County Council is hereby authorised to levy a uniform annual fee, not exceeding $12, to be paid by the occupier of each dwelling unit within the community centre district.

Assignment of a Consent to Use Water for the Purpose of Generating Electricity

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy hereby assigns to Michael David Lucas, farmer, of Otaio Gorge, Timaru, a consent dated 16 January 1970 authorising John Fraser Collier to use water for the purpose of generating electricity (New Zealand Gazette, 26 February 1970, p. 292), this consent having been assigned previously to William James Little (New Zealand Gazette, 21 August 1975, p. 1864).

Exchange of land between Northland Harbour Board and Whangarei City Council, Pursuant to Section 143C (1) (b) (ii) of the Harbours Act

I, Colin Campbell Alexander McLachlan, Minister of Transport, pursuant to the powers vested in me by section 143C (1) (b) (ii) of the Harbours Act 1950, and with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, do hereby specifically approve the exchange of land between the Northland Harbour Board and the Whangarei City Council as described in the plan No. 2179/6407, deposited at the Head Office of the Ministry of Transport, Wellington, specifying the areas described in the Schedule hereto.

This approval is effective from the 19th day of June 1979.
