Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, Road Closed and Incorporated in an adjoining Crown Lease, and Land Taken and Vested in Block XII, Waipu Survey District, and Block XVI, Matakoe Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Otamatea County Council, and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in C. W. Ford Limited at Henderson, and also proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown lease in perpetuity L.P. No. 2906, recorded in register book, Volume 1680, folio 1, held from Her Majesty the Queen by J. B. Ford Limited at Henderson, subject to mortgages No. 433766.2, 101265.3, and 483188.1, and also hereby takes the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 which land shall vest in the said C. W. Ford Limited.
