PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
the generation of electricity, from and after the 28th day of
June 1979.

Sanitary Works in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District,
Oroua County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for sanitary works, and that a right of way easement is hereby taken
for sanitary works vesting in the said Council, the full and
free right and liberty for its agents, servants, workmen,
licensees, and invitees from time to time and at all times by
day or night to pass and repass with vehicles of all kinds over
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, from and
after the 28th day of June 1979.
