Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Fencing Agreement, for State Housing Purposes, in the City of Hamilton
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 568446, South Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes, from and after the 28th day of June 1978.

Declaring a Sewer Drainage Easement Taken for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of Ohakune
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the sewer drainage easement described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the general Government, over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, from and after the 28th day of June 1979.
FIRST SCHEDULE
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT
The full, free, uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for Her Majesty the Queen and her servants from time to time and at all times to lay a line of pipes to drain, discharge, or convey sewage and other waste material and fluid in any quantities under and through the land described in the said Second Schedule and the full, free, uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for Her Majesty the Queen, her servants, agents, and workmen, with any tools, implements, machinery, vehicles, or equipment of whatsoever nature necessary for the purpose, to enter upon the land described in the said Second Schedule and to remain there for any reasonable time for the purpose of laying, inspecting, cleansing, repairing, maintaining, and renewing the said line of pipes or any part thereof and of opening up the soil of that land to such extent as may be necessary and reasonable in that regard, subject to the condition that as little disturbance as possible is caused to the surface of the land and that the surface is restored as nearly as possible to its original condition and any other damage done by reason of the aforesaid operations is repaired.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Land Over Which Easement is Taken
All those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Ohakune, being parts Block VIII, Town of Ohakune, described as follows:

Declaring Land and An Easement Over Land Taken for a Reserve for Government Purposes (Wildlife management), in Block III, Mahanga Survey District, Wairoa County
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 and section 12 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a reserve for Government purposes (wildlife management), together with the right of way described in the Second Schedule hereto, over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, from and after the 28th day of June 1979.
FIRST SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 6.7538 hectares, situated in Block III, Mahanga Survey District, being part Blocks 3 and 10, Kopuawhara Crown Grant District; as shown on plan S.O. 7369, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier and thereon marked 'C'.
SECOND SCHEDULE
A right of way appurtenant to the land marked 'C' on S.O. Plan 7369, for the full, free, uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for Her Majesty The Queen, her servants, tenants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time and at all times by day and by night to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses and domestic animals, vehicles, machinery, and implements of any kind, over and along the land over which the right of way is taken, together with the right to form a carriageway along the same, such rights herein shall however be used only by authorised persons and shall not be available to unauthorised members of the general public.
THIRD SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block III, Mahanga Survey District, described as follows:

Declaring Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Lower Hutt
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building line restriction on D.P. 8419 and together with the benefit of the appurtenant drainage rights created by transfer 262162.2, for housing purposes, and shall vest in the Lower Hutt City Council, from and after the 28th day of June 1979.

All that piece of land containing 1,100 square metres, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, being part of Section 12, Hutt District, and being also Lot 30, Block XLVIII, Hutt Valley Settlement, D.P. 8419. All certificate of title, Volume 390, folio 229.
