NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FOR VOLUNTARY WINDING UP

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of J. THOMSON AND SONS LTD.:
Notice is hereby given that at a properly convened meeting of the above-named company held on the 11th day of June 1979, the following special resolution was unanimously passed by the Company, namely:
That the company be wound up voluntarily.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of “Condor Craft Limited”, which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 6th day of July 1979, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, as, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the Morrinsville Free Kindergarten Association (Incorporated), duly convened and held on the 29th day of May 1979, the following ordinary resolution was passed.

That the Morrinsville Free Kindergarten Association (Incorporated) be wound up voluntarily.

That Ronald Lindsay Grose, of 59 Studholme Street, Morrinsville, chartered accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the said society.

That any surplus property and assets after payment of all costs, debts and liabilities of the association shall be transferred to the name of the South Auckland Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated.
