1. That the Morrinsville Free Kindergarten Association (Incorporated) be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Ronald Lindsay Grose, of 59 Studholme Street, Morrinsville, chartered accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the said society.

3. That any surplus property and assets after payment of all costs, debts and liabilities of the association shall be transferred to the name of the South Auckland Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated.
