Notice No. 9—Amending the Statistical Requirements of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand 1978

PURSUANT to section 7 (2) of the Customs Acts Amendment Act (No. 2) 1977, the Statistical Key of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand 1978 is amended in the following manner:

69.11.011 – Breakfast, dinner, tea and coffee sets; Delete 02E kg Cups and mugs having a c.i.f. value of less than $5.35 per kilogram
cups, mugs, saucers, plates and dishes 21A kg Breakfast, dinner, tea and coffee sets containing cups and/or mugs; and
Substitute 29G kg sets comprising cups and saucers or cups, saucers and plates having a c.i.f. value of less than $3.40 per kilogram
35A kg Other goods
45J kg Cups and mugs having a c.i.f. value of:
31J kg . Less than $5.35 per kg
41F kg . $5.35 or more per kg
57B kg Breakfast, dinner, tea and coffee sets containing cups and/or mugs; and
58L kg . $3.40 or more per kg
Other, having a c.i.f. value of:

Effective Date

The above amendment is effective from 1 July 1979.
