Change of Name of the Buller River Banks Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey, hereby declares that the reserve for scenic purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, and known as the Buller River Banks Scenic Reserve, shall hereafter be known as part of the Mount Courtney Scenic Reserve.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Courtenay Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Courtenay Recreation Reserve to be administered by the Courtenay Reserve Board.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that Land be known as the Te-Uri-O-Hau Scenic Reserve

Appointment of the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve
