Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block XIII, Pohangina Survey District, Oroua County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the Oroua County Council, from and after the 14th day of June 1979.

Declaring Road in Block XI, Ikitara Survey District, Rangitikei County, to be a Government Road and Stopped, and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 14th day of June 1979.
