CORRIGENDUM
Exemption from the Compulsory Stopping of Certain Vehicles at Specified Railway Crossings
IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 43, dated 24 May 1979, p. 1607, under “SCHEDULE”, first line, amend to read “SITUATED within Amuri County and Hurunui County:”.
CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice headed “Appointment of a Member to the Milk Appeal Authority (No. 2153, Ag. 3966)” published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 43, 24 May 1979, p. 1598, to the heading, after the words “of” add “Chairman”, to read “Appointment of Chairman and Member of the Milk Appeal Authority.” and line seven after the word “be” add “Chairman” to read “to be Chairman and a member of the Milk Appeal Authority for a term. . . .”
Land Taken for Road in the City of Napier

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is taken for road and shall vest in the Napier City Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of June 1979.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 0.2 of a perch, situated in the City of Napier, being Lot 8 on D.P. 7396. Balance certificate of title, Volume 38, folio 11.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of May 1979.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, described as follows:

2930 Part Fairfield and Morrison Streets, D.P. 62, being part Section 2 of 34; marked ‘I’ on plan.
67 Part Walton Street, D.P. 62, being part Section 2 of 34; marked ‘O’ on plan.
As shown on plan S.O. 18777, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin, and thereon marked as above-mentioned.
