PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule is hereby taken for
road, the land in the Second Schedule is hereby taken for a
limited access road, and the land in the Third Schedule is
hereby taken for better utilisation, from and after the 24th
day of May 1979.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby

hereto, which land shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay County
Council; and hereby proclaims as closed the road described
in the said Second Schedule hereto, and declares that the
closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the
Land Act 1948.
