IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of TICON CIVIL ENGINEERING LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at 16A Devon Street
East, New Plymouth:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
26th day of March 1979, presented to the said Supreme
Court by the COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE, Wellington;
and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the
Court sitting at New Plymouth, on the 15th day of June 1979,
at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contribu-
tory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said petition may appear at the
time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose;
and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-
signed to any creditor or contributory of the said company
requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the
same.

THE MATTER of CHRISTIAN REVIVAL CRUSADE—GISBORNE
INCORPORATED, a duly incorporated society having its
registered office at 232-234 Ormond Road, Gisborne:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named society by the Supreme Court was, on the
27th day of April 1979, presented to the said Court by
ROBERT HOLT & SONS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Napier, timber and hardware
merchants, and MOBILE CONCRETE LIMITED, a duly incor-
porated company having its registered office at Gisborne,
construction contractors; and that the said petition is directed
to be heard before the Court sitting at Gisborne, on the
29th day of June 1979, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any
creditor or contributory of the said society desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition
may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his
counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be
furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory
of the said society requiring a copy on payment of the
regulated charge for the same.

HUNTER DOUGLAS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on
business as manufacturers of metal building components and
claddings; and that the said petition is directed to be heard
before the Court sitting at Palmerston North, on the 6th day
of June 1979, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon; and any
creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
