Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Blocks I and II, Hukatere Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Otamatea County Council and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which road shall, when so closed, vest in H. J. Mayall and Sons Limited at Ruawai, subject to mortgages Nos. A590872 and 556357/1, North Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of road containing 35 perches situated in Otamatea County adjoining or passing through Section 10C, Block II, Hukatere Survey District; coloured green on plan.

As shown on plan S.O. 47694, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and hereby further declares that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation, from and after the 17th day of May 1979.
