Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease in Buller County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed be incorporated in Crown Renewable Lease No. 945, recorded in the register book Volume 64, folio 48, Nelson Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Percival George Hubert Mulholland, of Seddonville, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 82782 and 187106.1, Nelson Land Registry.
