CORRIGENDUM

In the Order in Council dated the 19th day of February 1979, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 18, of 15 March 1979, at p. 558, adjusting the boundaries of the Otago Catchment District and the Waitaki Catchment Area pursuant to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941 for the word “Pukauri” where it appears in the sixth and eighth lines of the Schedule read “Pukenui” which last mentioned word appears in the original Order in Council.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Local Work to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First and Second Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
