(i) Commence, acquire by purchase or otherwise, and to carry on all or any of the businesses of manufacturers, vendors, lessors, retailers, warehousemen, exporters, importers and purveyors and agents for computers, computer hardware, computer software and computer components and all or any other electronic plant, equipment, or machinery used or capable of being used for the storage, reproduction, or rapid processing of knowledge and/or information and all or any components used in connection therewith.
(ii) To commence and carry on business as an export consultant and in the promotion, organisation, and establishment of businesses involved in the export of goods, products, and things for or on behalf of other persons whether individuals, groups of persons, or incorporated bodies and in the course of such businesses to act for such persons as agent, mercantile agent, factor, broker, and commercial representative in all their various branches.
AND such other business as may from time to time seem to the partners as convenient or conducive to the attainment of the objects of the partnership.
(e) The principal place at which the business is to be transacted is at the offices of the general partner, Trade Exports (N.Z.) Limited, IBM Building, Turner Street, Auckland.
(f) The partnership is to commence on the date of registration of this certificate and is to terminate 4 years thereafter.
