PURSUANT to section 13 of the Meat Export Prices Act 1976, the committee hereby determines that, as from 1 January 1979, the bench mark grades for beef intended for export for the remainder of the 1978-79 season shall be as follows:

IN the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of THE TERRACE ORCHARD CO. LTD., a dissolved company:

NOTICE is hereby given as follows:

1. That on the 25th day of September 1978 it came to the notice of the Secretary to the Treasury that the property of The Terrace Orchard Co. Ltd., as registered proprietor in all that land containing 2433 square metres, more or less, being Section 1329R, Block VII, on the public maps of the Leaning Rock District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 236, folio 182 (Otago Registry), had vested in the Crown as bona vacantia, pursuant to section 337 of the Companies Act 1955.

2. That on the aforesaid date application was received by the Secretary to the Treasury for the Crown's title to the said property to be disclaimed.
