Declaring Land Taken for the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway and Road in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 18th day of January 1979.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block XI, Motu Survey District, Waikohu County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 7th day of June 1978, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 61, 6 July 1978, at p. 1924, declaring land taken for road in Block XI, Motu Survey District, Waikohu County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 17th day of May 1978 published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 56, 22 June 1978, at p. 1718, declaring leasehold estate in land taken for the purposes of a road in Block IV, Ngatapa Survey District, Waikohu County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting from the Schedule those pieces of land secondly and fifthly described and substituting the following:
