tant, to be an alternate member for Peter Scott Stan-
nard, on and from 1 May 1979.
James Archibald Valentine, of Dunedin, chartered accoun-

to be a member for a period of 3 years on and from
1 May 1979.
Kenneth Ernest Francis Grenney, of Auckland, company
director, to be a member for a period of 3 years on
and from 1 May 1979.

man of the said commission.

Judge of the Arbitration Court, to be the Maritime Appeal
Authority for a further term of 3 years from the date hereof.
