Small Lots—Cattle, calves, sheep, pigs, horses (including ponies and foals), or go at carried loose in small lots will be charged at the wagon-load rate, or if cheaper (provided the consignee does not require the exclusive use of a wagon) at the following rates:

- Minimum Charge—Except where otherwise provided, any less quantity than the minimum prescribed will be charged at such minimum, or on actual weight at the following rates, whichever is cheaper:

Loose coke—The charge on any four-wheeled wagon will not be less than as for 4 tonnes at Class N rate.
- Handling—The Department may require all loading, unloading, or tallying, to be performed by the owners; where any such service is performed by the Department, charges as provided in section 122 will be made.
