NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 26th day of March 1979, presented to the said Court by the COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on Wednesday, the 9th day of May 1979, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN THE MATTER of Part II of The Partnership Act 1908, and IN THE MATTER of a special partnership known as TE PUKE KIWI FRUIT SYNDICATE—KIWI FRUIT HOLDINGS LIMITED AND COMPANY:
WE the persons named and described in the Schedule hereto and KIWI FRUIT HOLDINGS LIMITED (formerly called SHEFFIELD ENTERPRISES LIMITED), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, do hereby certify, by registration of this certificate we do hereby renew the special partnership under the provisions of Part II of the Partnership Act 1908, and do hereby further certify pursuant to the provisions of section 58 of the said Act as follows:
(a) The style of the firm under which the partnership is to be conducted is “TE PUKE KIWI FRUIT SYNDICATE—KIWI FRUIT HOLDINGS LIMITED AND COMPANY”.
(b) The names and places of residence of all the partners are as follows:
General Partner: Kiwi Fruit Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 47 St. George Street, Papatoetoe, Auckland.
Special Partners: The persons whose names and addresses are set forth in the Schedule hereto.
(c) The aforesaid special partners have contributed to the common stock of the partnership the sums listed against their respective names in the Schedule hereto. The general partner has contributed to the common stock of the partnership the sum of $5,000.
(d) The general nature of the business transacted by the partnership is that of owning a certain piece of land at Te Puke and carrying on the business of kiwi fruit orchardists.
(e) The principal place at which the business is to be transacted is at the offices of the general partner, Kiwi Fruit Holdings Limited, at 47 St. George Street, Papatoetoe, Auckland.
(f) The partnership is renewed from the 30th day of April 1979 and is to terminate on the 31st day of October 1985.
