Appointment of the Reefton Reserve Board to Control and
Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands
hereby appoints the Reefton Reserve Board to control and
manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a
reserve for historic purposes.

Resumption of Unformed Road in Blocks V, VIII, and XII,
Haast Survey District, Vincent County

PURSUANT to section 191b of the Counties Act 1956 the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in
the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by
the Vincent County Council pursuant to the said section 191b,
and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

The Traffic (Feilding Borough) Notice No. 1, 1979

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of
Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Feilding Borough)
   Notice No. 1, 1979.

2. The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
   excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52
   of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit
   area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations
   1976*.

SITUATED within Feilding Borough:

No. 34 State Highway (Mangaweka–Palmerston North):
from the northern boundary of Feilding Borough to a point
50 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said State
highway from Seddon Street.

from a point 50 metres measured northerly, generally, along

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of
Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kiwitea County)
   Notice No. 1, 1979.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
   declared to be closely populated localities pursuant to section
   52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949
   dated the 19th day of June 1950*, which relates to roads
   situated within Kiwitea County at Kimbolton and Rangiwahia,
   is hereby revoked.
