Notice of Application Received for an International Air Service Licence
PURSUANT to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Airag Freighters New Zealand Ltd. has applied for an international air service licence to carry on air services for the carriage of freight between New Zealand and points in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the Pacific region. Information concerning the proposals may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application must forward these representations to me in writing before the 11th day of May 1979.

Information concerning the application may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application must forward these representations to me in writing before the 11th day of May 1979.

McLeans Road Secondary School Notice 1979
PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the McLeans Road Secondary School Notice 1979.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 11th day of April 1979. -
A board of governors shall be established to control McLeans Road Secondary School.

The board of governors so established shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board.
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school.
(c) Seven members elected by parents of pupils attending the school.
(d) One member to be co-opted by the board of governors itself if and when it thinks fit.

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.
NOTICE

(1) This notice may be cited as the Melville High School Board of Governors Notice 1979.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1979. -
The constitution of the Melville High School Board of Governors shall be as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board.
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school.
(c) Eight members elected by parents of pupils attending the school.
(d) One member to be co-opted by the board itself if and when it thinks fit. -
This notice is in substitution for the Melville High School Board of Governors Order 1966.*
