Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Maori Housing Purposes in Blocks XIV and XV, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart, subject to the stormwater and sewage drainage rights (in gross) granted by transfer 230156.1, for Maori housing purposes, and also hereby declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for Maori housing purposes, from and after the 19th day of April 1979.
