Appointing Members of the Engineers’ Registration Board

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Engineers’ Registration Act 1924, the Minister of Works and Development hereby appoints, as members of the Engineers’ Registration Board: George Bruce Burton, civil engineer, of Hamilton; James Harold Vernon, electrical engineer, of Wellington; Kenwyn Douglas Tatham Shores, civil engineer, of Auckland; Peter Charles Spearman, mechanical engineer, of Wellington, on the nomination of the Council of the New Zealand Institute of Engineers (Inc.); Graeme William Press, electrical engineer, of Wellington, on the nomination of the Council of the New Zealand Institute of Engineers (Inc.); and Raymond Wilton Burrell, civil engineer, of Wellington, on the nomination of the Council of the New Zealand Institute of Engineers (Inc.).

The appointments are for a term of 3 years from the 1st day of April 1979.
